My husband put e3 plugs in my 3.7 and hooked wires up same as old wires and now I have multiple cylinders misfiring. Please help

With the 3.7, only ZFR6F-11G plugs should be used, changed every 30K miles. OEM is NGK brand, and is what I use.
Do not use Platinum or Iridium, plugs for the 3.7! They will only cause problems.

3.7 Firing Order 1-6-5-4-3-2
The cylinders are numbered from front to rear with the left bank being numbered 1, 3, and 5 and the right bank being numbered 2, 4, and 6. The left bank is on the drivers side (3.7L Left hand drive US version).

If you look at the intake manifold by each of the spark plugs you will see the cylinder #'s molded into the plastic.
#1 is drivers side front on my 3.7 rig.

Ok but the wires showed differently

Unfortunately I have 6 coil packs on my 2007, 3.7.
I believe your rig uses the "waste spark" system and has wires that run from the 3 coils to the other 3 spark plugs. So far I have been unable to find a diagram that shows me which wire goes to which spark plug on the other side. IE Coil 1 sits on spark plug 1, plug wire from this goes to spark plug ... on the other side.

Each of the 3 coils fires 2 times, once on the compression stroke, and again on the exhaust stroke. (wasted spark)
The compression stoke fire on one cylinder, is the exhaust stroke on the other side.
So, if I am interpreting what I have read in the SM correctly...
With a firing order of 1-6-5-4-3-2
Cylinder1 should be on compression when cylinder 4 is on exhaust, etc.
So my thinking is;
Driver side......to passenger side
Coil on plug 1 with wire to plug 4.
Coil on plug 3 with wire to plug 6.
Coil on plug 5 with wire to plug 2.

We may need someone who has only 3 coils to visually verify my thoughts above.

Found it. I was correct in my thoughts. If you have only 3 coil packs and 3 wires going to the other 3 plugs.
See post 12 in this thread.

If not and you have 6 coil packs, the wires to each pack should only be long enough to reach 1 pack and should be labeled..

But first things first. Make sure you have the correct spark plugs in there!

Cylinder 1 is paired with cylinder 4, 3 and 6 are paired together, and 5 and 2 are paired.

My dodge also only works with 6-3 1-4 5-2 fire order. Not one book or any part store has this....will it hurt my truck to drive with it. Well is only way it will run

Welcome to the forum @R.lane. When you have a chance, head over to the Newbie Section and say "Hi".
Tell us a little about yourself and your ride.
That way we can welcome you all proper like.

Since you have a 2010(I assume a 3.7L), you have three coil packs that sit on top of three spark plugs. Then there are three wires from the coil packs going over to the three spark plugs on the opposite side.

The 3.7L firing order 1-6-5-4-3-2, is the order in which the electrical charge is sent to the spark plugs.
This is not the same as how the wires are run from the coil packs on one side, to the spark plugs on the other.
If you see my post 5 and 6 in this thread, you will see how the wires are connected from the coil packs on one side, to the spark plugs on the other side (the wires should have labels on them).
Driver side......to passenger side
Coil on plug 1 with wire to plug 4.
Coil on plug 3 with wire to plug 6.
Coil on plug 5 with wire to plug 2.

If you look at the #'s you posted 6-3 1-4 5-2, they are the same as above except your 6-3 is a backward 3-6. If this is how the coil packs & plug wires are connected, you are golden to go!
Hope this helps.

New guy to the forum. I am having P0305 and P2314 code coming up on my 2009 Dodge Nitro RT. So far changed plugs and still runs rough. Cylinder 5 is all black. Plug looked fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

pretty sure you have the 4.0l engine, the quickest way to get to the bottom of your issue is with a compression test,
